1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any mobile application (each an "App," collectively the "Apps") developed and published by Seri Mobility ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all Apps published under the Seri Mobility developer account across all platforms, including but not limited to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use any of our Apps.

2. Description of Services

Seri Mobility develops and publishes a variety of mobile applications that may include, but are not limited to, wallpaper apps, utility tools, customization apps, and other productivity or entertainment applications. Each App may offer its own unique features and functionality. These Terms govern your use of all our Apps and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any App or feature at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use our Apps. By using any of our Apps, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Certain Apps may have additional age restrictions as specified on their respective store listings.

4. User Accounts

Some of our Apps may require or allow you to create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.

4.1 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@serimobility.com. Please specify which App(s) the request relates to. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain data by law.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free and Paid Features

Our Apps may offer both free and paid features. Paid features may be offered through one-time in-app purchases or recurring subscriptions. The specific pricing and features available will be clearly displayed within each App.

5.2 Subscription Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan within any of our Apps:

• Payment will be charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription rate in effect at the time of renewal.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your device's app store account settings (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

5.3 Free Trials

Some of our Apps may offer free trial periods. The specific trial terms will be presented at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the refund policies of the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) through which you made your purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All of our Apps and their original content, features, functionality, designs, graphics, and source code are and will remain the exclusive property of Seri Mobility. Our Apps are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on any of our Apps.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our Apps.
• Attempt to extract the source code of any of our Apps.
• Translate any of our Apps into other languages or make derivative versions.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

When using any of our Apps, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt any App's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of our Apps or their related systems.
• Use any of our Apps for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair any of our Apps.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our Apps through automated means.

8. Content

8.1 App Content

All content provided within our Apps, including but not limited to images, graphics, text, audio, video, and multimedia (collectively, "Content"), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content solely within the respective App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8.2 User-Generated Content

If any of our Apps allow you to submit, upload, or share content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the operation of the respective App.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, services, or content. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through our Apps.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL APPS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• Any App will function uninterrupted, securely, or error-free.
• The results obtained from use of any App will be accurate or reliable.
• Any defects in any App will be corrected.
• Any App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SERI MOBILITY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) any of our Apps.
• Any conduct or content of any third party in connection with our Apps.
• Any content obtained from our Apps.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or data.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from any single App exceed the amount you have paid us for that App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seri Mobility and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of any of our Apps or your violation of these Terms.

13. Updates and Modifications to Apps

We may release updates for our Apps from time to time. System requirements for our Apps may change with updates. You agree to accept updates when offered to ensure continued functionality and security. We may also discontinue any App at any time without prior notice.

Upon termination of any App or your use of it:

• The rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms for that App will end.
• You must stop using the App and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of any of our Apps shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms specific to individual Apps, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seri Mobility regarding your use of our Apps and supersede any prior agreements.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of any of our Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
